Yuweida Warranty, Return, and Support Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Policy Overview
Yuweida (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality of our material handling equipment. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our standard Limited Warranty and Return Policy for all Yuweida electric forklifts, rough terrain forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks purchased directly from us or our authorized dealers.
We encourage all customers to read this policy thoroughly to understand their rights and responsibilities. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing clear guidelines for warranty support and returns.
2. Standard Limited Warranty (1 Year)
2.1 Warranty Coverage
Yuweida warrants to the original purchaser that its equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to the following components:
- Mainframe and chassis structural components
- Electric drive motors and controllers
- Hydraulic pumps and control valves
- Mast assembly and carriage
- Electronic control units and displays
2.2 Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Contact Yuweida Technical Support at yuweidaa@hotmail.com or through our online support portal to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt).
- Provide the product model and serial number.
- Describe the defect or issue in detail, including any error codes observed.
Upon validation of the warranty claim, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the defective part(s) using new or refurbished components. Repairs may be conducted at our facility or through an authorized service center.
2.3 What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear items (tires, brakes, forks, seats, etc.)
- Battery and battery-related components (covered under separate battery warranty)
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance, modifications, or repairs by unauthorized personnel
- Damage from use outside specified operational parameters
- Consumable parts (filters, fluids, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Problems caused by use with non-Yuweida accessories or parts
3. 30-Day Return Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for all products purchased directly from Yuweida. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In new condition, with no signs of use or wear
- In its original packaging with all materials, manuals, and accessories
- Unmodified and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
3.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Obtain an RMA number (returns without an RMA number will not be accepted).
- Carefully pack the product using the original packaging materials.
- Ship the product to the address provided with your RMA documentation.
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA form inside the package.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.
3.4 Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any restocking fees (if applicable). Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Battery Warranty Information
4.1 Battery Warranty Terms
Batteries are covered under a separate warranty with different terms:
- Lead-Acid Batteries: 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects
- Lithium-Ion Batteries: 2-year warranty with capacity retention provisions
4.2 Battery Warranty Claims
To make a battery warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase and installation date
- Provide regular maintenance records (for lead-acid batteries)
- Complete a battery performance test as directed by our technical support team

6. Parts and Components Guarantee
6.1 Genuine Yuweida Parts
All replacement parts installed by Yuweida or our authorized service providers during warranty repairs carry their own 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original product warranty, whichever is longer.
6.2 Purchased Parts
Parts purchased separately for customer-performed maintenance are covered by a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
7. International Customers
7.1 Warranty Validation
International customers must register their product within 30 days of purchase to activate warranty coverage. Registration is available through our website registration portal.
7.2 Return Shipping Considerations
International customers returning products are responsible for:
- All shipping costs to our designated facility
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Compliance with all export/import regulations
We strongly recommend international customers consult with our sales team before purchasing to ensure product suitability for their specific needs.
8. Warranty Transferability
This limited warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the original warranty period, provided:
- The new owner provides proof of original purchase date
- The product has been properly maintained according to Yuweida guidelines
- The product has not been modified or abused
- The transfer is registered with Yuweida customer service
9. Limitation of Remedies
Yuweida’s entire liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, as described above. In no event shall Yuweida be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or cost of substitute equipment.
